I have named this undertaking “Mongolia Solo 4×4 Challenge”.

Mongolia – because it is my destination, Solo – because I plan to do it single-handed, 4×4 – I will be driving a sport utility vehicle  Land Rover Discovery, Challenge – as it constitutes a great challenge to drive 26 000 km in seven weeks across wild regions of Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia.

The “Mongolia Solo 4×4 Challenge” is a charity event. It’s a high octane journey on route from London to Ulaanbaatar which then returns to London via Siberia.
Prior to and during the challenge, donations will be collected for charities concerned with helping children in the poorer regions of Mongolia. TE entire amount collected will be passed on to the CHRISTINA NOBLE CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION (www.cncf.org)

CHRISTINA NOBLE CHILDREN FOUNDATION

Additionally, thanks to the founders of polish ham diploma POLONIA DX AWARD. Ham radio equipment will be forwarded to the Club in Polish Paris, in the Siberian town.
It is a trip that aims to cover a 26000 km (16000 miles) rout from London to Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia) and return to London. The route will run through Russia, Mongolia, The Ural and Altai Mountains, the Gobi Desert and the wild and dangerous terrain of Siberia.

This route has been completed before by other drivers, but “Mongolia Solo 4×4 Challenge”aims to take this further by making a return journey to London. THIS IS A SINGLE MAN TRIP.
